The artist
PeaceRaven is my salvation.
It started with a nudge from someone I care about. It grew into something I never expected. And now it's carrying me through the hardest season of my life.
How it started
One day an employee of mine noticed me painting and told me I should try selling them. I didn't think they were good enough — but I listed them anyway. Right away, I sold three paintings on Mercari. I was excited.
That moment changed everything. I decided that every dollar I earn from PeaceRaven Painting would go toward something bigger than me — my non-profit, Hope City Charity. It's a mission close to my heart: supporting at-risk youth and juveniles in the department of corrections. The building phase hasn't started yet. These paintings are that start.
While I work toward that, I'm also going through radiation treatment for Stage 1 Breast Cancer. Painting has become the thing that keeps me grounded. When life feels impossible, picking up a brush — or designing a new canvas — gives me somewhere to put all of it. PeaceRaven Painting has become my salvation.
A purpose behind every canvas
Every commission, every painting sold at Big Al's in Fort Collins, every canvas that ships out — it all goes toward Hope City Charity. When you buy a PeaceRaven canvas, you're part of that mission too.
How I work
It starts with your photo
You send me what you have — a portrait, a landscape, a moment you want to hold onto. I take it from there.
I design the canvas by hand
Every canvas is designed individually. I work out the color palette, the line work, and the level of detail so it's paintable and beautiful.
I paint it and ship it to you
Once the design is approved, I paint the canvas by hand and ship the finished piece directly to you — ready to hang and enjoy.
